All you need to do is fill them out before your visit so that our team can quickly and easily enter the details into our system. How Insurance Works
To help you save as much money as possible when undergoing sleep apnea treatment, our practice is pleased to welcome your medical insurance as well as Medicare. Understanding and navigating these plans can be cumbersome, which is why our team is here to make the process easy and stress-free should you have any questions.

If you do have an insurance plan you would like to use, you have the option to apply for CareCredit. This flexible, third-party financier allows you to pay over time instead of out of pocket all upfront. We can also space out the cost of treatment into two payments if needed.
